Adi is a trained designer turned passionate chef with over 10 years of experience in Israel’s vibrant restaurant world. Growing up in a home where her mother’s love for hosting left a lasting impression, Adi fell in love with the joy of bringing people together through food. Her cooking blends fresh, seasonal ingredients with bold Mediterranean flavors, reimagined in creative and surprising ways. Every dish she creates is rooted in her deep love for hospitality, artistry, and the simple pleasure of sharing a great meal.
